San Francisco's Oldest Coffee Roaster Voted "the Best Decaf"
While trendy cafés chase gimmicks and seasonal hype, Luciano Repetto has quietly mastered something far more lasting: a decaf so bold, it impresses even ardent "death before decaf" purists.

Chemical free, Swiss water process preserves the flavor of the beans when roasting that impresses even ardent "death before decaf" purists.

Clean Decaf, Zero Chemicals.
Swiss-Water Process
The Swiss Water Process uses only time, temperature, and purified water to remove the caffeine.
Chemical-Free
Most decaf is made using chemical solvents (like methylene chloride) to strip away the caffeine. We do things differently.
Full Flavor
We remove the caffeine while leaving the volatile oils and bold never bitter flavor. It's so good, you wont believe it's decaf.
Fresh Ordered Green Coffee
Our raw beans don't sit around in a warehouse when we order them, they are ordered and roasted fresh when you place your order.
The Graffeo Promise
In 1935, Giovanni Graffeo left Italy for San Francisco with a vision: to bring the soul of Italian coffee culture to a new generation of Americans. He opened a small grocery in North Beach, roasting beans by day, sleeping on a cot in the back room, and quietly perfecting what would become a San Francisco legacy.
What Giovanni built wasn’t just a business, it was a promise. That coffee could be extraordinary without being complicated. That pride in your craft, not flashy trends, was what set the great apart from the good.
Today, that promise lives on through Luciano Repetto, an Italian-American roaster who’s spent over 40 years honoring that legacy. Now 81, Luciano still roasts the same way: slow, careful, obsessed with detail. Just like Giovanni did.
